News
and Weather - from UCB Europe
Flame FM is
grateful to our UCB friends www.ucb.co.uk
for allowing us to bring their national and Christian news programme
on the hour, four times a day.
Contemporary
Christian Music
Overnight our
computers bring you Christian music, for encouragement through the
night. Interspersed with the music is teaching from GBS Radio and
repeat programmes from our daytime schedule. Some of our music is
formed into complete 60-minute programmes. If you like what you are
listening to then phone our office when we are open and we will tell
you - honestly, we do know what we are broadcasting and we try it first!
Road to
Redemption - Bryan Duncan
US Artist Bryan
Duncan started his career in Contemporary Christian Music in 1973 has
had many #1 hits over the years. Brian's aim in bringing "Road
to Redemption" shows to the airwaves is to "Restore our
sanity in an insane and fallen world because, no matter what else you
believe, mistakes still happen! Wrong choices are commonplace, and
God still loves you and you can be restored. The road to Redemption
is not paved over pain and we need not pretend things are better than
they are. We're believers not Make believers and you can't heal what
you can't feel". Join Bryan on the road for 30 minutes and get
back on track. Flame FM is grateful to Bryan for letting us air his
shows, details are on www.bryand.com
Time for a
change - Norman
Flame Manager
"Stormin' Norm" takes the morning spot, leading from the

mornings each week Andy brings his own unique style of thought and
challenge, mixed with music that Andy likes. We want more, Andy.

enjoy your lunch hour with Flame radio for company. Our live
presenters bring music with a strong Christian flavour, plus
something for you to think about. Guests pop in to add a local
community focus and interest.
Afternoon
Delight - Beryl, Chris, Fi,
Susan
and Ruth
Tradition says we
have to give the ladies their own "hour" every weekday
afternoon but our live presenters want to jog your traditional
approach to life and give you something fresh and new to think about.
Susan brings a"chinese" flavour to the mix.
The Chat Room
There are lots of
local people who have good stories to tell and over the year many
interesting people visit Wirral. So our studio "chat room"

music, jokes plus "Adventures in Odyssey" stories (courtesy

Faces For Radio

John and Lee have
an inimicable style, full of youthful enthusiasm and musical ability
(at least that is what they tell us). Usual fun and games, including
the infamous "one-minute challenge", "song from the
vault", "wizewordz" and the "foe of the show"
plus a lumpy mix of friendly banter and cracker music. Fun for all
the family. Call 0151-643-1696 for a request, or e-mail them on studio@flameccr.org.uk
or leave a comment on www.myspace.com/flamefm.

Who let him
loose? - The Piranha Brothers!
Not for the faint
hearted! When it comes to music shows, there are many guidelines to
be followed, and some follow them with a religious fervour. But hey,
were not religious at all! Hear the truth, know the truth, and
know that Heavens calling!
Chinese - from
the "Hallelujah" team. Our
friends from the Liverpool Chinese Disciples Church bring an hour of
Chinese culture and music, with English translation. The stories are
fascinating and the music interestingly different
